Quick and easy to prepare

Ingredients

  • 650 g potatoes
  • 250 g matjes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Dill, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil the potatoes, then peel and cut into pieces. Cut the matjes, onions and gherkins into pieces or slices. Mix the yoghurt with the cream and mustard in a bowl and season with dill, salt and pepper to taste. Now add the prepared ingredients and stir everything well.
