This afternoon, I worked on the cover of “Navigating.” I slowed the tempo down to 112 BPM and transposed the harmonies down to E minor. First, I recorded the verse. On the baritone ukulele, I played a plucking pattern in eighth notes, accompanied by a simple beat on the cajon. Then I added the bassline on the acoustic bass.
