Afghan kitchen for dinner

We had something completely new for dinner today. For the first time, I cooked an Afghan dish. Specifically, I picked out a recipe for Morgh Qorma. It’s a chicken curry served with rice.

It was an incredibly aromatic culinary experience thanks to the spices used, such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, and pepper.

We’ll definitely make it again.
